Terms of Service

These terms apply to the private studio platform at tattoopointoc.com (the “Platform”), operated by Tattoo Point, a custom tattoo studio in Costa Mesa, California. By signing in or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

Authorized users only

• Access is restricted to Tattoo Point staff whose accounts have been created or approved by Tattoo Point. No one else may access or attempt to access the Platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account. Do not share your account.
• Tattoo Point may change, suspend or remove any account’s access at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the Platform only for Tattoo Point studio business.
• Keep client information confidential and use it only for the purpose it was provided for.
• Do not try to access information your role does not allow, get around security measures, or disrupt the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform for anything unlawful.

Client information

Client and appointment information in the Platform belongs to Tattoo Point and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connected services

Connecting a Google account to sync appointments with Google Calendar is optional and can be disconnected at any time. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own terms.

Availability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, add or remove features, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoo Point is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the Platform means you accept the updated terms.
